NOOR ISLAM ENG CO LLC  (NIEC) is established in the year 1979 and is currently located in an area of 40,000sq.ft in Musaffah Industrial area, Abu Dhabi with over 100 employees. In its last four decades of experience NIEC have served the nation in the fields of Heavy duty Machining, Steel Fabrication and automotive Repair & maintenance Services.

Our QHSE management system is certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards. We are licensed to manufacture and monogram products under API 6A license no: 1627,     API 16A license no: 0413, API 5CT license no: 1670 & API 7-1 license no: 1173.

We have been pleased to serve companies from oil & gas, construction, marine, paper mills, ready mix and transportation industries.

Noor Islam’s four decades of engineering, design and manufacturing legacy include products meeting API specifications, marine industry products, automotive parts etc. Our diversified machinery capability includes, Rafamet – double Ram heavy duty vertical lathe with Swing over capacity of Ø3800 mm and 1800mm height, CNC lathes & Milling machines, Oil country lathes, boring machines & shapers etc.

  API 6A – Well Head and Christmas tree Equipments includes Tees and Crosses (PSL1, PSL2, PSL3); Adapters and Spacer Spools (PSL1, PSL2, PSL3) ; Blind and test flanges (PSL1, PSL2, PSL3) API 16A – Drill through Equipments includes Flanged Adapters, Spacer spools. API 5CT – Casing and Tubing includes Casing or Tubing Pup Joints H40/PSL 1, J55/PSL 1, N80(1)/PSL 1, N80(Q)/PSL1, L80(1)/PSL1 API 7-1 – Rotary and Drilling Equipments includes drill Stem Subs; Threading for Rotary Shouldered Connections

Fabrication Shop Services

Our design, engineering and fabrication team is equipped with all the mechanical engineering solution in one roof which comprises rolling of plates to manufacture of pressure vessels, water jet cutting to structural steel fabrication. The products range includes DNV baskets, pressure vessels, storage containers, platforms, secondary steel structures etc.

Automotive Services

Noor Islam’s established automotive service section includes exotic machineries and undertakes refurbishment of engines, crank shafts, cylinder head, valve seat, connecting rod from heavy duty caterpillars, earth movers to cars, jet skies, excavators etc.

Other Services

NIEC offers thermal spray technology for the rebuilding of the worn out shafts and bearing housings and precision grinding to the original dimensions. Our thermal spray range includes nickel chrome, SS316 L stainless steel wires.
